National Adoption Day

The picture below is from the National Adoption Day that took place November of 2006. Scouts from Troop 249 are James Wayman and Dalton Messersmith. The scouts volunteered to escort families and a child they planed to adopt into the Council Bluffs Court Room to finalize their adoption of the child. Great job scouts!
